Currently in the sketch design phase. This unique block on Melbourne’s fringe sits as a vacant site and a rare opportunity to reinvent and modernise the iconic Melbourne terrace.

The client wanted to push the design boundaries and create a striking and contrasting form.

Hit and miss bricks cover the entire façade, providing filtered light and privacy for the residents. Exposed structural steel frames the façade and new skylights add more light to the notoriously dark traditional terrace.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and kitchen spaces are all part of the scope.
