Currently in the sketch design phase, this renovation aims to create a new architectural centrepiece to the dating 70s style house. Built opposite a nature reserve to the west, maximising the views was of high importance., whilst still protecting the house from the wind and western sun.

Large battened bi-fold shutters, when shut, blend seamlessly into the new form and when opened transform the new upstairs space into a new outdoor living area.

New kitchen, laundry and living spaces were all included in the project brief.
